Ubunthu conducts Capacity building training in Sinazongwe at super valley organic foods

In July 2024 Ubunthu Enablers in the company of Manfred Klepacz CEO, held a four days training and refresher meetings with Super valley Organic foods (SVOF).

Operating within it’s thematic areas of supporting start-up businesses , Ubunthu takled issues starting from Accountability , Handling Finances,Work culture, creativity, team spirit, clear communication and trust among other Key performance Indicators.

The purpose of the meeting was to re-inforce and improve the work Culture at Super valley Organic foods.

Super valley has an energetic team that wants to see Super valley Organic foods grow to it’s Capacity by working with the local community as it is one of it’s goals.

In attendance was the company CEO, the management team and a representative of the overall workforce.

During the meeting Ubunthu stressed the need that supper Valley has to operate within the Budget as they introduce more products on the market.

Currently,SVOF is producing an OG baobab drink , Baobab tea creamer , bottled and satchet water.
They plan on producing baobab oil from baobab seeds, baobab cake flour and Tamarind drink which are set to hit the market by November 2024.
